Writing, figures and design
The writing, figures, diagrams and design of this site are copyright 2026 spicysharkco. All rights reserved. Code, including a demo's styles, follows the Code section below. The fonts, Bricolage Grotesque and Atkinson Hyperlegible, are served from this site under the SIL Open Font License.
You are welcome to quote a short passage if you link back to the page. Republishing the text of a whole lesson or post, or a figure, needs written permission. The code in them stays under the MIT License. Ask at hello@spicyshark.co.
Code
The code samples I wrote for lessons and posts are under the MIT License. So are the code files a lesson offers for download and the code of its interactive demos. Code quoted from other projects stays under that project's license. The full text of the MIT License is below.
The license does not cover the site's page templates, shared styles and shared scripts. I do not publish that source.
